Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before shipping anything back.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@deskcraftsupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within 1 business day.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, contact us and we will arrange the exchange once we receive the original item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been assembled, modified, or show signs of use cannot be returned.
